NYDELHV Small Chapter of the year 2006

NYDELHV Small Chapter of the year 2006

The AADE is an association of health care professionals dedicated to the integration of self management as a key outcome in the care of people with diabetes and related conditions.

The New York Diabetes Educators of the Lower Hudson Valley as a Chapter of the ADDE has upheld these ideals and has grown in strength since its inception. As we move forward, we see an Organization making patient centered teaching as key to successful management of the epidemic of diabetes within our community.

I look forward to a strong and dedicated Organization meeting the needs of our patients.
